Education is one of the cornerstones of society. To cooperate with schools and promote creativity and empowerment amongst the young people of our town is one of our goals. Alcoy has always been well known for its resolution and effort, these are attributes that have shaped the city as we know it nowadays. Impulsalcoi wants to help keep building this spirit.
STRONGLY COMMITED TO EDUCATION
Currently, Alcoy is home to two university campuses. One from the Universitat Politècnica de València, with degrees focused on training experts on every process related to industry. The other campus is that of the Universitat d’Alacant, independent and growing.
We find truly diverse educational opportunities in a city that also offers students a wide range of cultural activities, sports and that is surrounded by natural landscapes. Quality of life for young people is key to a successful performance in a near future.

Vocational training centres offer a wide range of courses to students that prefer to head to specific areas such as Environment and Chemistry, Healthcare, Sociocultural, Mechanics, Catering, Tourism or Finance.
Alcoy has six vocational centres where hundreds of young people committed to the present, push the future forward year after year.

The school of Arts and College of Design of Alcoy shows how creativity and entrepreneurship are part of the city’s DNA. Here we find the inspiration, design and solutions to each photography, animation, illustration or graphic design project.
